Facilities Include:

Cairn Rigg is an attractive, detached stone built cottage that is situated in a quiet country lane on the edge of Rothbury in the beautiful county of Northumberland. The cottage is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and with the heather-clad moorland literally on the doorstep it provides an ideal base for all types of country lovers including walkers, bird watchers and mountain bikers.

The property sleeps three in two bedrooms (one double and one single with extra roll-away bed stored underneath). There is a bathroom with wc, bath and shower, an open plan kitchen, living/dining area and private garden with a patio area and built in barbecue.
Adequate parking is on the lane outside the cottage.
Guests are asked not to smoke indoors.

On arrival in Rothbury drive straight through the town past all the shops, past the library on your left, and at Rothbury House
(R.A.F. convalescent home) turn immediately right up the steep bank. At the top of the bank turn sharp right along Hillside East and then take the first sharp left in to Pennystane Lane. Cairn Rigg is about 70 metres up on the right hand side.
